We didn’t start Perfect Filter to build another water company. We started it because the water itself was changing and no one was talking about it.
Our original vision began in Dallas, Texas with a simple mission: help families protect their homes and their health with better water. As we worked inside real homes, testing real water, one thing became impossible to ignore. The technology used by most filtration companies hadn’t meaningfully changed in decades, while what was showing up in our water absolutely had.
Microplastics. PFAS. Forever chemicals. Contaminants that weren’t part of the conversation 30 or 40 years ago, but are now present across the country.
That realization is what pushed our founder, Doug, to think differently.
Perfect Filter was designed from the ground up to address today’s water, not yesterday’s standards. Our systems use advanced filtration technology capable of reducing microplastics, PFAS, and other harmful contaminants, in alignment with current EPA guidelines, while still preserving the essential minerals your body needs.
Yes, we can filter water the way other companies do. The difference is they can’t filter water the way we do.
As demand grew, so did our responsibility. What started in Dallas expanded to Southern California and then across the United States through a carefully built franchise model. Not to scale fast for the sake of growth, but to make sure families everywhere had access to the same level of care, education, and protection.
